[Icom] Icom 706 and Phone Patch

It is a shame that you had to buy three of those things.  I think it has
something to do with the pins.  I looked up several icoms and the pins
are somewhat different.   I am going to try and figure it out.  In the
meantime I bought a new Kenwood passive patch that should be here any
day.  Hopefully it will work.
