I have the same rig and TNC this is a software problem we will need to
know how you are access the TNC (what software)if you can get to the
terminal try "MYCALL" CMD:MYCALL AC7NJ you should get a "MYCALL WAS
PACTOR NOW AC7NJ
However xpware or airmail software programs do the initialization
automatically

Hi Gang,

I am running a IC-706MKIIG with a PAKRATT 232  PK232MBX on PACTOR.
Everything appears to be normal except I cannot connect to another
station. Under MYMAIL I get an error message "ERROR CALL SIGN". How do I
correct this error ?
