[Icom] Frozen Send relay - 756

All this discussion about relay interfaces got me looking at the 
requirements of my IC-756-pro and IC-775 and the control levels of my (new 
to me) Alpha 78. I could find no reference in the Alpha docs so I measured 
the voltage; 22vdc. It would appear that the 775 can handle it (24v, 1a) 
but the pro (16v, 0.2a) can not. Bummer.
