[Icom] Fuel Pump Noise

After some exhaustive testing, I have determined my noise problem to be
eminating from the in-tank fuel pump.  I spoke with my Toyota dealer and
he's very reluctant to pull the fuel tank and insert anything that could
cause problems later on.  What are you using to eliminate this noise and how
is it installed?  I have priced out what are called "filter cons" and they
are very expensive.  Are there any other devices out there that will get the
job done?  Any and all suggestions/ideas are welcome.
