I believe that your friend is looking for a 1SV263 PIN Diode (for AGC /
Attenuator use) which is made by Sanyo.  I suggest that he check out it's
function on his IC-775 schematic, and if is for this application, there are
a lot of diodes that can be substituted (if he is unable to locate a Sanyo
1SV263 Diode).  You should be able to go to Sanyo's web site to find an
application/specification sheet for it.

A friend of mine UA9CLB got a problem with his IC775DSP.
The D 30 diode on the RF unit needs to be replaced. The type of the diode is
ISV263 but I am unable to find the specs for it so we cannot figure out what
would be the good substitute.
Could somebody help please and send me the relevant information?
