Hi Igor: I got curious inasmuch as my IC-756 also uses the same diode. I did a
google search and up it came. It is a pin diode made by Sanyo. They have a data
sheet available. BUT >>> THE PART NUMBER IS "1SV263" not ISV263. regards, Keith,
