No, I'm not a QA guy... But I have been in the 2 way business (Motorola) for
23 years.  I am very much into quality workmanship and the 5 nines
initiative... (The radio or radio system will be available and functional
99.999 % of the time. A Motorola initiative).


I have seen lots of repeat failures on particular equipment. I like to think
I am very analytical.
