[Icom] Filter Cons

[Davies, Doug A FOR:EX]

In his article in the Jan/Feb 2000 issue of QEX, Stuart, WA6PDP mentions
"filter cons" as a possible source to reduce RFI from vehicles.  Are these
something that one makes or can they be purchased?
