[Icom] Pointers on getting through firewall?

Another suggestion you may not have considered. I couldn't get through the 
firewall, either. I took the car to the local Car Stereo Installation Shop 
in town. Supplied my own wire, told them exactly what and where I wanted it 
and had them do it. They charge $75 an hour, with a minimum charge of a 
half hour. It took them 20 minutes and it was worth the $37.50. I'd go that 
route again.
