[Icom] info on the ic-728

i have the ic-728 on my night table for a reciever.It work's great.One =
problem though.The pannel light is way to bright and light's up half the =
room at night.can someone please help me find the VR to turn this light =
dim.I would greatly appreciate any help.thank's
