[Icom] happy ending to the texas tower customer non-service

good news and bad news..  i found an icom service center in my area.. for my
3 week old $1800 radio that texas tower said they would not stand behind...
however they were icom avionics service.  i phoned them  and they said
"bring it in"  they turned it around in 90 minutes and i was on my way..
they even said that if they could not fix it ..  they would ups it to icom
no charge to me..  they are interested in customer service..  fantastic
people...  now as for  texas tower and  the 3 week old $1800  "its yours now
dont get your nuts caught in the door on the way out"  attitude..  they blew
off the wrong person..  i am going to stand in front of their booth at
dayton  with a megaphone and announce for 3 days about their.. "give me your
money and f.... you policy"  paul
