[Icom] repair manual

I just saw one listed on e-bay for $10.   It looked like a home-made
label as it was not centered and had a picture of the rig on the label.  
Nice touch, but not the way Icom normally sells their stuff.   

Maybe George can tell us if his looks the same or if the label is
different.
