[Icom] repair manual

Mike, I got mine on a CD when I bought the radio. Contact Icom America for
availability and price on the CD - I don't think that they sell a paper
version.

Just a suggestion, but it saves a lot of bandwidth and everybody's time if
you *don't* quote the entire digest when you respond to a single posting.
