The ballistics of the analog meter on the proII may be differnt than the
PRO. On my WM-1 in the peak position, which I know is fairly accurate, I
peak 100 watts ,plus or minus on each band of my proII, where the analog
meter on the proII reads about 60. I didnt compare the digital meter on the
radio, but you might see what that reads. Another good way is with a scope
as George suggests.

All:
Got my 756Pro II the other day and noticed that the power output on SSB
is down from what I had with the 756Pro with the same mic setup.
Comparing notes with other 756Pro II owners this seems to be normal. Does
anyone have any comments on this SSB behavior or know of the adjustment to
bring up the power to 100 watts on SSB? Key down CW output power is 100
watts.
Thanks,
Sean - K3XT
