Hi Chris. In my first life I worked for Grumman Aircraft Corp. We
fabricated one of a kind plexiglas parts by making a wood mold and heating
the plexiglas in an electric oven, (temp unknown but 250-300 sounds close)
remove with mitts and set on the bottom of the mold, set the top on and
press. That's the short version. Since you're not looking for any major
compound bends and/or forming you might get by with just the lower mold,
oven mitts, and a little luck. If one shot doesn't work re-heat it and try
again. Ken
