[Icom] NB on PRO

The one thing that I dislike the most in the PRO series (the NB).  Strong 
signals appear distorted with it on.  In the new PROII, there is an 
adjustable threshold, but I still don't like it, compared to other NB's that 
I've had with top end rigs.
