[Icom] Need help with mobile intallation of my ICOM 706 MKIIG

I have my 706MKIIG in a 2001 Toyota Tacoma pickup.  I ran the power cable
direct from the battery to the radio using a 20A fuse in each leg.  The
total length of the run is about 6 feet so not much voltage drop there.  My
problem is ignition noise.  I have tried all the usual stuff and I still
have it.  The noise blanker gets rid of most of it but it is still annoying.
Good news is I don't have any fuel pump noise like I did on the 1992 Toyota
pickup.

Anyone have any other tricks for geting rid of the ignition noise?
