ok boys and girls.. it all boils down to this..... ALL companies make
mistakes either in product production, or sales... the way they FIX the
problem separates them from the competition... 5 years ago i bought a new
$1200 refrigerator from ge... it crapped out with $500 worth of food in it
over a weekend when we were out of town.. ge delivered a new refer.. took
away the old one and cut us a check for $600 for the food that spoiled and
our time and trouble.. all with a smile on their face and no hassle... i
will continue to buy their products.. customer service... thats what its
all about !!! my friend had a pegasus for a year and a half.... nothing
but trouble with it.. tentec gave him a full refund with no hassle 6 months
out of warranty .. he is still a tentec customer.. paul w8jn
