[Icom] AH-4 malfunctioning Part 2

Hi all,

Some time ago I posted on a AH-4 malfunctioning. 
Once again the tuner is on the bench after it refused to tune on the 
upper bands this time (last time it was the oposite).
I'm now testing it with a dummy load and it seems to work on all 
bands, will connect to a wire antenna while on the bench in order to 
see what bands will tune, but while trying to figure out what's
happening here I noticed the several of the relays feel hot to the 
touch. Is this normal ? should the relays feel hot while the tuner is 
operational ???
