[Icom] TV and receiver noise

No TV power supply racket here, but I had to get rid of the high output
flourescent lights for my fishtanks. S9+ broadband trash off the power
supplies to 1/4 mile down the street!. My "atomic clock" couldn't even get a
signal with the fishtank lights on. Went to "standard" lighting and it
totally went away. Made me mad as hell, as they were awful expensive. I'm
amazed they can sell 'em like that.
