[Icom] TV and receiver noise

My Sony 32" was that way when new.  Tried many different locations and
different coax.  Dishnetwork signal rock solid and beautiful I might add.
Just never opened up the TV since it weighs 120 lbs and takes at least two
strong people to lift.
