[Icom] Repair of IC-900/901 Fiber Cable

Hi,
Light test is not good enough. There could be a break in the strand or
end of the cable got scratched(damaged) causing out of focus condition.
I have seen similar problem on wide band data network cables.
If you have schematics, it may be possible to convert the circuit back
to solid wire interface. Like opto coupler to TTL logic or whatever.
