[Icom] Headset with mic

I use the Heil BM-10-5 with my PRO.  It's the light weight headset w/mic
that was popular with the DXpedition crowd many years ago.  Bob Heil
recently brought it back into production.  The HC5 cartridge appears to
drive the PRO without difficulty and the audio sounds great.
