[Icom] Headset with mic

I have the Heil Pro set with HC-4 mic.  From what I have read on this 
reflector, I should have bought the Goldline with the options.  But some 
have obtained good results by using a good computer headset.  I donot know 
the extra connexions required.  Probably those who know wilt stae again.
