	I am using the Icom AT-180 tuner with the Comet UHV-6 antenna.  Check out

	I am pleased with its operation.  Worked lots of DX.  I went with an 
installation that was not too obtrusive and was more-or-less garage 
friendly.

Just purchased a 706 and I'm looking for antenna/tuner suggestions for
multi-band mobile HF operation. Right now, I'm leaning toward an AH-4
tuner and the AH-2b whip. Suggestions gratefully sought.
