Hi JV,
My dummy load is a 50 ohm 1kw "oil gallon can" style so I doubt I got it
hot.
But I did follow the info from the www.dk.mods page which, for the
ProII, says specifically to remove only two diodes, 3751 and 3752. That
is all I've removed so far.
The Pro version called for all three diodes to be removed, 3751,2 and 3
so I'm thinking 3753 also has to be removed but thought I'd check first
since they are pretty tiny and probably tough to resolder back in with
my old eyes. Wanted to get an idea what others had done first.
Is yours a ProII that your removed all three diodes from?
Thanks & 73, Ray W2EC
