[Icom] New UT-50 boards available!

Hi IC-2SAT (ect.) users:

  We have developed a new replacement board for the Icom UT-50 tone
encoder / decoder. This new board is a physically and functionally
identical to the original UT-50, just drop it in and start working those
PL repeaters.
