[Icom] 706 receive

Thanks for the replies everyone. You are saying exactly what I have =
experienced. I was afraid my radio was faulty. I went ahead and had my =
Alinco DR-610 repaired and reinstalled it. I like to be able to monitor =
vhf\uhf while having hf active also. Also settles worries about =
transmitting on hf and overloading the vhf side of the 706. Without an =
antenna attached to the 706 for vhf I assume this won't be a problem. I =
have my outbacker stealth and cushcraft 270m separated by about 3 feet =
so the Alinco should be OK also shouldn't it?=20
