[Icom] NEED SERVICE MANUAL

From what I understood (until I read the other post), there was no
service manual for this set. The common problem is on the PLL board and
it is due to plated through holes that lose their continuity. The
solution has been to place a small strand of wire in EACH AND EVERY hole
(one at a time) and solder it on both sides. Then you will have cured
the problem once and for all.

I do have the operating manual and schematics.
