Nope.   Looked at it with an ohmmeter last evening.   Schem shows
the relay shorting the unused port, but this one has several megs
from center pin to ground.   

I'm thinking the relay is bad, or the schem is wrong.   If someone
can easily access their antenna ports to check theirs, it would be
handy.   Otherwise, I'll call Icom Monday.
