No, you don't need to do anything.  You were automatically moved to the
new system.  Everything should be pretty much transparent.

One of the advantages of the new system is you can go to one of the
links in that message you received and maintain your subscription
on-line.  You can change to the digest, temporarily hold up messages
and so on.

You will need the password that was also in that message, but if you
forget it, the system will automatically send you a reminder once a
month telling you what it is.
