Hi Neil,
I don't really want to be the bearer of bad news but AFAIK(as
far as I know)
all tuners will have a few "can't go there" spots.
Even the SGCs.
Only fix might be to have two types/brands of tuners if one
really needs 100%
coverage or to cover certain freqs.
Do you have more than one training net / frequency open to you
?
