[Icom] IC-910H heat/fan problem

I noticed just about the same problem. I believe it is a design
problem. Fan only runs during transmit. I placed a small fan behind the
rig, which blows toward the heat sink, and have not seen the problem
since. Added benefit, is the case is cool to the touch, and it is running
24 hours a day.
