[Icom] IC-u2AT MARS Offset Question.

Okay, I'll try this again. I got a reply from ICOM (see below), but it was
no help. I'm re-posting this message to a wider audience in hopes of
finding someone who remembers how this is done.

I sent this to ICOM tech support, but I thought I'd try to jog your
collective memories and maybe get a response a little sooner.
I've recently started using my IC-u2AT again after several years of using
more recent technology HTs. Out of a need for simplicity of operation my
old u2AT fits the bill. However, I need to be able to set the HT for the
primary Army MARS 2m repeater set of 143.990/148.010. When I was using the
u2AT some years ago I remember that the MARS frequency pair had to be
placed in either memory 0 or 1. I have no problem setting the frequency
pair, but I think I remember that there was a way to have the 4.02 MHz
offset required for MARS in the one memory location while still maintaining
the standard .600 MHz offset for standard repeater operations in the other
memory locations. I just can't remember how to do that now and the manual
doesn't speak clearly to this. Must be that age thing..hi..hi.

Any help refreshing my memory (no pun intended) would be greatly appreciated.
