[Icom] CI-V control software, logger and psk-31

The latest version of Logger by K4CY integrated with Zakanaka would give you
everything. It is free and has all the Bells and wistles that DX4Win got
(award tracking, satellite tracking, grey line map, telnet, DVK, cluster
support, PSK31 etc)
Loggers also integrates with iz8bly software which gives you all the other
digi modes. Zakanaka integrates MMTTY engine into logger and is very easy to
use. I use Logger for the last 3 years with IC765 and IC751A. The support
from the author and other users on the internet is very good.
