There are a few candidates out there, and most of us likely have a personal
favorite. Logger and DX4WIN are the two that I would suggest you check out.
My preference is DX4WIN, a full-function DX tracking, logging, and rig
control program. Has CW and PSK built, and it can be integrated with MMTTY
(a very popular freeware RTTY program) for RTTY through DX4WIN. DX4WIN is
not free, in fact it is relatively expensive (about $90, I think) but it has
tons of bells and whistles and a very strong and supportive user base. You
can download a demo and take it for a test drive before committing.
