[Icom] New Fan in IC 781 ??

Hi.

I need a new fan in my Icom 781, and I trying to find any information =
there can be helpful before starting to disassembly the radio.

Fist of all it would be nice to know how to access the screws.

The fan is located on top of a "blower hood", and I am not sure if I =
need to take this part of as well to get the fan out?=20

This could maybe work but I can only locate 3 screws from the top of the =
radio and I believe that one more is located below the fan motor and =
this is the one I am concerned about. This screw must be very difficult =
to access and I am afraid that I have to disassembly the whole radio to =
get down to this screw.

Any good ideas??
