I looked at my 781 mike connection on it and see the recessed nut (??) and
this type I made a "spaner " wrench half tubbing with 2 tits to fit the lil
slots on the recessed nut also from brass tubing or copper 5/8 od brass lil
better harder ...I filed it leaving 4 tits 90 degrees apart ...no fuss no
muss and no worry about scratches oh put hole thru at top to put a rod thru
so could turn it either way.  Oh on the spanner type could be lil more than
half the dialeter of the nut so you would have 3 tits 90 degrees apart.
    Am I talking about a different animal ??
