[Icom] Microphone Jack Tightener

Is that the one with the slots? 1 per side,  if so let me know, I'll tell
you how I tighten those up, there is a tool but if you have small flat head
screw drivers you don't need that tool, you can make 2 small flat head
screwdrivers work just fine, I do it that way all the time.
