[Icom] Heil Goldline & VOX

I have a Goldline along with the HMM-i hand mic - running into a 756Pro and
706 Mark II.  The Goldline works, but does not have the output that the
HMM-i does....  Nothing wrong with the Goldline, it just works better with
the Kenwood and Yaesu.  The Icom is set up differently, the stock
microphones have higher output....  The HMI and HMM are the ticket for the
756Pro, the HS-706 works great with the 706 series.
