[Icom] Heil Mic HMM-IC...

With the ProII I use Heil GM-4 Goldline. Compression at 10am (about 10db). 
Mic gain at 2pm. Bass -1, Treble 0.

Bob (Heil) will tell you different settings, but I believe the settings are 
somewhat voice dependent. It's easy to crank in way too much bass leaving a 
definite metallic sound as you tune through the signal...
