Hi Nate,

Assuming the previous owner did not alter the TX peak and transmitter gain
of the rig, R618 and R619 on the main unit are the trimmers for the HF and
50Mhz TX output adjustment respectively. They are located at the left hand
side of the 455khz IF filter (the front panel is facing you and the bottom
side of the rig is facing up).

For HF adjustment:
1. set displayed freq 14.100000Mhz
2.Mode RTTY
3.[RF power] Max. CW
4.[Tuner] OFF
Connect an RF power meter to [ant1] connector, adjust R618 for 100 watt
output.

Similar for 50Mhz but set the displayed freq. at 51.000000Mhz and adjust
R619 accordingly.

Hope this information useful to you but do not blame me for anything going
wrong.

Happy New Year, 73

Johnny Siu VR2XMC
