[Icom] IC765 Tuner problem

Hi,
I was wondering about that. I'd try with dummy load first. Then check 
the battery.
Then align the tuner. If you replace those two pots with multi turn ones 
it makes alignment lot
easier. And what is your antenna? Is it tuned to 30 meter band or  .......
