[Icom] Seeking better audio from my IC-746

I believe that the SP-20 is a much superior speaker to the SP-21. It
matches the IC-765 for which I bought it in 1990. Excellent sound -
probably the best sounding speaker that Icom has. The SP-21 is much
smaller, case and speaker, and matches the 746/756PRO series.
