[Icom] IC 756Pro, PW1 and CT-17

Interesting.  Been using 756PRO, PW-1, and DX4WIN together for more than
3 years.  Never had this happen.  Is your baud rate fixed or "AUTO"?

Trouble is, at least one popular logging (DX4Win) program doesn't work
reliably if C-IV tranceive is enabled... Because it always polls and it
has an annoying tendency to freeze if a there is a data collision...
Perhaps in the next release it can be resolved...
