[Icom] W32a cloning disk questions

Hello all,
   This week I became owner of a used IC-W32a radio.   Included with it
was a Windows Cloning Software disk and cable.   The label on it
indicates it is from RT Systems.  I have no information on it, no
documentation or anything came for it, nor is there any type of readme
file on the floppy.   I've tried loading the program, but it goes into a
start window, that ask for a serial number.   I tried the serial number
on the radio, it told me it was not proper format.   I'm not sure what I
have, or how to proceed.   Can anyone give me any pointers on it?
