[Icom] Relay currents and voltages on the SB-200

Dan that is great but not all of us have the eyesight or steady of hand to
build things anymore so I thought I would let some folks know about an easy
solution that works great. I am glad you can still build items like that but
not all of us can nor do we need such an elaborate set up or have that many
