[Icom] RE: Mobile Noise Supression Help Needed

Well, I just had a very interesting conversation with the service tech at my
Toyota dealer.  He says that the stock plugs are indeed resistor plugs and
that the wires are silicone noise suppresser types.  Now, I'm even more
confused.  If this noise isn't coming from either of those two sources,
where do I look?  I'm sure this noise is  ignition related.

By the way, just for information, a set of Magnecor suppresser plug wires is
$145.00US for a set of three. Pretty steep, especially if that turns out to
NOT be the problem.
