[Icom] Mobile Noise Supression Help Needed

Doug, In addition to being an old ham, I am also a street rodder and drag 
racer. Back in 'the day' everybody ran solid core wires 'cause they put more 
spark to the plugs. Of course, they are also an electromagnetic nightmare, 
but back then we didn't even use a radio in the car. Who cared?
Today, with all the on-board electronics (and communication gear) spark plug 
wires have developed into their own science. You might not be able to find 
OEM wire sets (yet). But please (!!) do yourself a favor and don't buy ANY at 
the local 'auto parts store'. You will regret it.
To this end, go to websites of the top wire manufacturers. They probably DO 
have sets for your vehicle! While you might pay $ for them, they will make 
even the best OEM wires look like garbage. And I'll GUARANTEE you that 
although they are more $ than a 'generic' brand from Auto Zone, they will 
still be LOTS cheaper than a new set from Toyota!!!

I would check "MSD" and especially "Moroso".

Several companies here in the USA sell these products. Summit Racing and my 
favorite, Jeg's in Columbus, Ohio. The people you talk to at these places, 
will be so helpful, you'll wish you had one in your neighborhood.
