[Icom] Ant port on 706?

According to the information I have, the pin closest to the flat side of 
the connector is ground, the next is 13.8v dc, switched.

I have also been cautioned, by many, that the 13.8v pin is internally fused 
@ 4 amperes.  I don't know what else it (the fuse) services, so be cautious.
